Your organization’s information is just that,
yours. Any information that you share with ListCaller will
not be shared or sold to third parties.
In order for us to
serve you, it requires that we receive and store your list
of phone numbers, pager numbers, email
addresses and phone messages. These phone numbers, pager
numbers, e-mail addresses and phone messages will not be
shared with anyone outside of Listcaller and will only
be used to place calls as directed by you, the client.
Listcaller employs cookie technology and similar devices on
the Site to facilitate site navigation and personalization.
Listcaller also uses cookies and similar devices to collect
non-personal information about users of the Site, such as:
(1) a user's IP address (i.e., your company.com), the type
of web browser (i.e., Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Explorer)
and operating system (i.e., Windows or Linux) being used,
(2) the pages of the Site a user visits, and (3) Web sites
the user comes to the ListCaller site from. ListCaller
collects this information in order to monitor usage of the
Site and to improve aspects of the Site. Cookies do NOT
contain any personally identifiable information such as
your name or your e-mail address. We may share some or all
of this user information with partners, advertisers and
others but only in aggregate form, not in a manner that
would allow personal identification of any specific user.

tools for you. Cookies can personalize the Site to you.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically,
but can be configured not to do so or to notify the user
when a cookie is being sent.
Personally identifiable
information is any information that would reveal specific
information about you as an individual.
Examples of personally identifiable information include your
name, phone numbers, e-mail address, pager number and organizational
ID.
ListCaller only collects this type of information when
it is provided to us voluntarily. If you contact us voluntarily
and provide us with your personally identifiable information,
we will only use that information in order to respond to
your question or fulfill your request. We want to be very
clear: we will not obtain personally identifiable information
about you when you visit our Site, unless you choose to provide
such information to us. We will obtain personally identifiable
information from site clients and assume that you are comfortable
in receiving messages from the Site. If you are uncomfortable
in receiving messages from the Site, please email customerservice@listcaller.com and
we will resolve any issues as expeditiously as possible.
ListCaller is committed to keeping your personally identifiable
information secure and will take reasonable steps to protect
your personal information from misuse or alteration.
ListCaller
may be required to provide your personally identifiable information
to third parties if requested by law enforcement
agencies or if ListCaller is required to do so by law through
a subpoena, court order, or through a government entity.
ListCaller may disclose personal information to third parties
if ListCaller has reason to believe that disclosing such
information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal
action against someone who may be violating List Callers’ contract
